Rosemary, grown in my organic garden, infused in extra virgin oil olive and lovingly small batch made into bar soap.

School House Soaps are olive oil-based soaps that gently clean with generous lather while moisturizing and soothing skin. They are handcrafted using the traditional cold process method. Homegrown organic rosemary is naturally air-dried and infused in extra virgin olive oil for the oil to take in the essence of the leaf. Ingredients are precisely measured, methodically combined, poured into a lined wooden mold, rested overnight, hand-cut into bars, and naturally air-cured. Has a refreshing pure natural scent, with no added fragrance or dyes, so often enjoyed by those with chemical and fragrance sensitivities.

Rosemary Soap Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Dried Rosemary Leaves, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Rosemary Tea, Lye, Beeswax, Dried Rosemary Leaves.

School House Soaps began in 2005, in a one-room schoolhouse, out of a desire to create natural soap for my family. Extensive research of ingredients and recipes took place, followed by an abundance of test batches. I personally make the soap, now in the kitchen of a circa 1850s Greek Revival farmhouse in southeast Michigan.
